Description

Indications

Antigen for the serological diagnosis of bovine and swine brucellosis according to National Plan for Control and Eradication of Brucellosis in Argentina.

Inactivated culture of Brucella abortus strain 1119-3, at a final 11 % final cell concentration.

It is used as a screening test, according to the rapid plate agglutination method. Animals found positive to this test must be subject to complementary diagnosis tests: Serum Agglutination Test (SAT) or Wright and 2-Mercaptoethanol tests.
